Specs on your car couldn't find the exact one but I figure this would be close enough:

1995 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am 5.6 14.0
1996 Pontiac Firebird Formula 5.8 14.3

Accounting for wear and tear on the motor in the time since it has been produced you could prob add a little time to those numbers.

But you do have an exhaust which might bring you back down to stock numbers.

Seeing as you launch and hook it properly and don't spin...

The newer ones might I was referring to an older one since I got my car in 04, I dont think the 06's were out yet...

I believe the 2006 model got the ls2 from what little reading I just did
