It started in Off Topic again. Out of curiosity is that why there is always like 11 users online, but none of them are registered (aside from sohchottie who is always online lol)? Based on the activity of the forum, I can't imagine there are 11 legit people just lurking on these forums constantly.

Noah sucks at promoting. New user registration is set to have an admin verify. So no new spam accounts can be made.
