He's right, those stock heads, cams, block, intake, timing chains etc. all cost a fortune YO! Wait a second, the blower was a 600.00 upgrade and the pistons and rods were $2300.00. Bet you got ALOT more money in your whip!

BLAH, BLAH, BLAH... These threads are gay. I'm just ready for summer.

Craig thinks "stock" parts includes all parts that are sold over the Furd counter, including everything from Ford Racing. Because it's a Ford casting or Ford part, it's "stock". He could drop in a built GT500 5.4 into his Mach 1 and guess what, it's still "stock" I guess that means I have "stock" heads too. Hell, my whole motor is stock since I have all GM parts on it, eh?!

How many motors have you gone through Craig? How about transmissions? How many power adders? How much did you pay for your car to begin with and how much did he pay for his? I think you BY FAR, surpassed ol' Gary there.

I could get real deep into this, but that'l be for another time..

Fords are NEATO!

Rick seriously, why don't you just stop screwing with me on here with your lies. If your going to lie about my car like this on EVERY web page I visit, have the balls to punch me in person instead of doing it behind your computer like your coward ass usually does.

You're the only person I know who really gets bothered by the things I say to them. If you keep letting petty things bother you, you're bound to have a heart attack way before your time. But since we're on the subject, what exactly did I lie about Craig, tell me? All I did was ask you a series of simple questions and call your bluff on your "stock" parts. You yourself said on another local messege board that parts such as heads, blocks and the like and count as stock..even if they're ported, as long as they're actual Ford parts, did you not? And I quote..

9secmach1 wrote:The Aeromotive Mustang debuted at the bowling green race this past year and set a new record for the fastest pro 5.0 class. In a class that's full of large cube mountain motors and exotic after market parts, Steve Matusek debuted with a DESTROKED 5.4 running a Kellog crank (stock in the cobra and mach's) at only 323 cubes running in the mid and low 6's. STOCK HEADS AND BLOCK!!

Man I like them motor

EVIL_WS6 wrote:He didn't say they were stock. Just said they were both off the shelf parts. I'm sure he modified them in some way...

9secmach1 wrote:Ofcourse theyre not stock. I took it for granted you would assume these stock heads from Ford were CNC ported, how else can they run 6's?? That's my bad I guess. They are the production heads that come on the shelby cobra and can be had at any Ford dealership at the parts counter, same with the block. Yes a stock block taking 2000 horsepower (FYI it's been modified as well Rick).

So.. maybe you should speak proper automotive lingo. Maybe you shouldn't refer to modified factory parts as "stock".. since they're not stock.. uhh.. because they've been modified. :nono:

So since we've got that squared away, lets get down to the nitty gritty kitty. What all is exactly stock on your car, Craig?

I run 9's wrote:I could get real deep into this, but that'l be for another time..

You repeated what I said. What are you, a parrot? I don't dislike you, Craig. Well, not as much as you think anyway, I just enjoy driving you nuts and the funny thing is, I don't even try! :)

Lets get one thing straight Rick. Are you speaking about MY CAR in your post or the Aeromotive car that you copied from Tubbys. Two diferent cars. When you posted

Was you speaking of my car? Sure looks like it to me Dick I mean Rick. You posted AFTER I mentioned that my car has stock parts in it when comparing MY car to Garys so STFU and quit trying to cover your lies. Your quotes of me are about a 6 second 323 mod motor NOT MINE and YES those parts came in factory production cars so get over it.

For the LAST TIME my heads are non ported STOCK PORT heads. ARP blts and studs everywhere. Just can't take it that these little motors are so superior to the ls stuff can ya.

Image<--You need to get this smiley on here Dave. Tired of having to take it from my site.

First off, I'm a prick, not a dick so get that right. Secondly, I was just asking you what you meant by stock, since obviously there's my definition (which is the true one) and then there's yours.. which means if you take a factory part, then sand it, port it, buff it, polish it, paint it and then set it on fire, it's still stock.. And yes, I was refferring to your car in my above post. You might be able to bullshit these little 18 year old import kids who never met you before, but you can't bullshit me. :nono: You give out the impression that you just simply bolted on a blower to your original, completely stock 4.6 and you run 9s. Nigga, please. Image  You try to make it out that Gary has TONS of money in his car but "only runs 11s". Right. You're on your what, 3rd or 4th motor now Craig? Gary's still rockin' his original 1998 block and you know that. He has a $2300 bottom end and a set of stage 2 LS6 heads. Hardly counts as TONS of money. You want to keep dragging out this LS vs. mod motor garbage debate forever don't you? For all of you kind folks viewing this, this has been an ongoing online debate for about 3 years now. Its been all over the Knights boards, the Outlawz forum and now even an import club forum...

Mod motors are better than the LS engines...how? LS engines have more low end torque and top end power than the mod motors. The LS's put out more power stock to stock and mod for mod. LS engines get better mpg than mod motors do. LS engines are more reliable and weigh less than the mod motors... I mean I could go on forever. Why is it that even import car enthusiasts are dropping in LS1s into Skylines, RX7s, Supras etc. LS1's are the most common late model engine transplant into a classic car trend going right now. People are even putting them into late model Mustangs... But they're doing that because the 4.6 is a better engine though, right? Thats why you always hear about mod motored 3rd gen Camaros and RX7's huh? Ok.... Arguing with you is like arguing with a frozen hot dog, absolutely pointless and a waste of time. Maybe you have buyers remorse for buying what is the epitome of a douche-bag mobile. Ever since you got smoked by Gary when you first bought it, it's been an ongoing "friendly battle" between the two of you. All you proved by making yours faster than his is that you have more money than he does. Doesn't make it a better car or that a mod motor is better than an LS1.

Speaking of correct automotive lingo....

Now for the quiz show round. Between "I run 9's" and "EVIL_WS6"

who can answer all of these correctly

1.) what is a wrist pin?
2.) what does TDC stand for?
3.) what is one twelfth of a foot pound?
4.) what is a wet sleeve?
5.) what is common term for air lock?

The winner gets the respect of this entire forum...or at least the rest of us which know what these things are.. 8)
