2009 GM Tuner Bash announcement! all info here!

Hey guys, as we all know, planning has begun for the 2009 GM Tuner Bash. These last 2 years have had a pretty good amount of success, and we've learned things from the previous 2 bashes. This one looks to be by far our strongest yet!

This year we've got a couple more new things going on, and better prizes, including CASH! Show N Shine will return, as well as dyno pulls, and quick 8 run offs. New this year will be bracket racing. Kitty is expected to be 500+, if we get more cars in, the kitty gets bigger. I am anticipating 150 cars this time around, and if that is the case, we may change the itinerary as necessary, but right now, this is a pretty good idea of whats going on when. Other details will likely be thrown in later.

Quick 8 run offs - Trophys/plaques for quickest 8 cars

Bracket racing (sponsored by Team Vision Racing)
-$10 entry, $5 goes to kitty, $5 goes to bash funding
2 qualifier runs, and then runoffs


Saturday morning: (held at Edgewater Sports Park as well)

Dyno Pulls (likely to start real early like last year)
sponsored by Quick Rev Performance, PnP tuning

Show N Shine - Classes will be similar to last years
(intend to repeat using non-participating members)

Its not all cavs and balts. I know this year there is gonna be an '02 Vette, a couple Fbodys, some Solstices. and prolly some other surprises.

eh its not like i drive anything special. just a daily commute. but im not gonna get my panties in a bunch over cars that are stock with outrageous looking body kits and made right down the street. i dont mind cavs at all (except for the riced out ones). id just rather see something that i dont see driving behind every other car. and an 02 vette is sure as hell something to talk about!

The color is Cayenne Red just like my car. His screen name is Phewes on JBO, hes from Canada.

i agree with nick.. that first red cavs bumper looks good.. its like the origional but got that big ol hole for if ya got boost

wow im surprised i actually like some of these cavis.. normally i think moded cavis are a waste but the white one looks pretty sexy imo
