Unknown CRX?

I was wondering if anyone knows this CRX or has seen it cause last night me and friend tried to see if it would race us since it had this loud dual exhaust and the almighty "Si" logo on it. LOL We were in a turbo acclaim, but this guy didn't want to race us for some reason.

Thats what I figured, cause he wouldn't even give in and try and race. I mean we were in a rusted '89 Acclaim with a T4 turbo and alcohol injection, but the acclaim don't look fast at all and i figured that he might try and race since its a damn granny's car.LOL

My friend john might put nos on later but right now hes fine with just 20 psi and alcohol injection.
