last time i got into a fight i got shot at and i ended up going to jail.. i know wtf???

long ass story but here are some clifffs

friends little brother got his ipod stolen (yes it was over a ipod)

fight in the school parking lot because the kid was supposed to bring it back.

this family is known for trouble so we dont want him to go alone to his house to get it back because thats what the kid said.

unknowing his 24 yo brother was sitting across the street

3 of us follow him to his house brother pulls in behind us gets out and punches friend who is driving car in front of us.

me and my friend get out and we all start fighting this 24 year old there are three of us and 2 of them. 16 year old bro runs inside there house and gets a gun (ak with a 308 round) by this time were all running back to the cars. fires 2 rounds into the car that i am in. then 4 more. breaks friends window out with but of it then were gone.. police come blah blah. a month went by there is a warrent out for my arrest they come get me at school. aggrv. riot, trespassing, and something else. went to court dropped it all to dissorderly conduct. add more later bell just rang

Damn!

on the bad side he got off real easy. it ended up costing me about $700.. there are some people on here who can back up the story also..

all over an ipod. that fucked up. who the hell is this kid that shot at you guys ? whats his name

his name was chris h. 1 week before the thing with us, the dad and chris were arrested for chasing down and beating up a 17 year old kid that went passed there house and reved.. but they didnt rev the kid was pulling out of the driveway and hit neutral instead of second. i forget the names of the kids it was..

True I think there is a law like that,

But, as I do recall you the law also states you can not shoot some one in the back if they break into your house in self defense, ie if they are trying to escape you can't shoot them. I also though the law in OHIO was only for if some one broke into your home you can shoot them in self defense not if they were trespassing.

did you atleast get the ipod back.... ?

he had 2 counts of aggr. assult from shooting at the car we were in.. but the court system is so messed up here he ended up with some probation and fines.. they still have to go back for the minor i think. but the day he shot at us he went to jail but was out in like 2 or 3 days and they put a restraining order on us..aggr. riot was a felony charge also, my cousin is a almost attorney and said he has never even hear at that charge. its supposed to be with 4 or more people doing something and there was only 3 of us.. but there storys were so far off when they were on the stand the judge basically laughed these people are white trash. the cops out here know nothing and blamed the prosecutor and the prosecutor said it was the njpd for the charges. they give to him what they think are the charges and he just ok's the warrant.. the judicial system is so messed up just stay out of it

tried to race killa one night with i was with him he said he never had a car pull on him that bad before and asked if it was stock

he said he like the white bumpers because it goes with his white graphics on the side of his car and his blue taillights


that car is sick
