well today i had my car out for like the first time in probabaly 3 weeks. me and matt and a couple buddies decided to go eat at quaker steak n lube in austintown. pulled in the parking lot, parked and went in to eat. came outside and found this....





a couple mustang guys that were there for the show saw someone hit my car then took off out of the parking lot. they didnt get the plate number because it was dark but they got a full description of the car. my friends ex girlfriend works there and we went inside to see if they had any cameras in the parking lot. no luck there. so the manager called the cops and i filed a police report and im going to call my insurance company tomorrow to see if they will cover it. this is the 2nd time my car has got hit this summer. 3rd time total. i will post better pictures of the damage tomorrow.

the cop told me if they find the car they will tow it and charge him at fault with the hit and run but i dont know what happens after that.

well i just found out that my insurance company wont cover anything unless this person is caught. so be on the look out for a red 90's pontiac sunbird. its red with red interior and a white convertible top. the car is extremely clean (or was until they hit me) if anyone happens to see it try and get me a lisence plate number so i can try and get this guy. it will have damage on the front driver side from what the people told me that saw him hit it.

Do you only have liability?

And can't the dmv give you a listing of cars and addresses? I know they will give you a person's address if you have their license plate number, for a fee

yea i have liabality but i have theft and vandalism. wouldnt a hit and run be considered vandalism? my car got hit at the mcctc, hit and run, filed a police report with the school cop and my insurance covered it.

insurence will try to jew you. you pay them they work for you. call them up and bitch. dont ask them if your covered tell them your covered and they need to fix it. sorry to hear about that i'll get a plate if i see it.
