Guess I'll finally post something, since I met a nice person awhile back who told me about the boards.

My name's Katie. I live in Youngstown and have that obnoxious Subaru Impreza WRX Turbo with the black Rotas with Ecstas? (Ya know, the silver one with the obnoxious Blitz exhaust that you HAVE to look at when you hear it?) Yeah, that's me.

Anyway, I do lots of racing with SCCA (in the Formula 500 class and a stock Miata class). Yes, I own these three cars. (Well, I guess I still owe the bank some money for the WRX.) No, I don't live at home. (But my tools and trailer do.)

I'm also working on putting together a local motorsports blog that I'd like to advertise, but I won't here. Unless you're curious. Just ask.

Anyway, here's some photos of me and my cars. The Miata and WRX are mine, the red car is the F500 my sister and I share. She's driving.

We run 500cc 2-stroke Rotax snowmobile engines with CVT transmissions. (Plural, since my brother has an F500, too.) Don't need much more when car and driver weigh in at 800-lbs.

Yeah, I did meet Noah. (Still not exactly sure how he picked the car person out of the room, but I'll go with it.) I'm not huge on Internet forums (especially in the summer) but I thought I'd like to find some car kids to hang out with this summer. Most of the car people I know I'm either related to or are old enough to be my grandparents. (!!)

Hi everyone. I'll probably be MIA from the forums for the most past, but have an event or hang-out somewhere and I'll be around.
