Not that I'm one to talk, I have all kinds of issues with my own POS. Did Dan try any of the basics? Swap some plugs? Check the coils? Wires? cant imagine how expensive it is to take that car to buschur and back and repeat.

I'd imagine Buschur would do the basics first. He's had it there like 5 times.

Yeah I realize that lol. I'm asking if he tried it himself first before making the 140 mile trip one way. lol

how are they over rated??...yea the price is worth it but if your gunna go for a all motor drag car its the perfect motor

cause you could have a 3xx whp b series for the price of an n/a k20

but driving a b series 300 whp and a k series whp is way diff the k20a type r just is amazing aspecially stock....in a drag car because it revs so high...h22 dont rev as high as a kseries but i think im going with a h22a anyways because noone really does it and i wanna hit low 12s with a h22a....many of ppl have done it with a k..

h is a heavier motor though..yea 20lbs but thats alot in a all motor car and i got a si hatch which is the heaviest model but im stripping everything thats not gunna be needed..and on the weekdays just throw everything back in haha...taking out the bumper parts this weekend..only 9 lbs but it helps

better be a pretty high compression h22 with some nasty cams and head work to hit a 12

I don't know much about honda motors. But if your looking into the swap for "revs" you might want to reconsider. Whats going to make you faster is your powerband, not being able to rev to 10k and start making power at 7.... Just some food for thought.

naa it will be a h2b swap which is a h22 with a gsr tranny cuz the h22 trannys are garbage...well theri just really choppy where the b series is very smooth..

and for the high revs i mean yea powerband is the best but hondas are most powerful in the higher rpms....horrible off the get go...everyone knows that haha...theres not alot h2b swap but i know two people with that and just sum pistons hondata s300 and other normal shit and they run low 12s..

b series swaps are just so much simpler though. h2b = $$$. K swap = $$$
