doesnt look like it would do much of anything to me........ and i know its not a coat hanger. just like a hondas exhaust isnt a fart can but i still call it that.

For someone rocking straight lines no. That bar alone might make a subtle difference but add that bar, sways, and a few other bits = huge difference.
