thanks guys..

i still need to fab up a dump tube for the wastegate so that it won't dump in the engine bay after the gate opens. I'll probably pull the downpipe this weekend and put the flex section in. Then i'll just have to wait on the rest of the exhaust until i trust the roads enough not to damage my wheels so that i can take it up to my buddy's exhaust shop, where we will fab up my 3-inch the rest of the way back into my magnaflow straight through.

I can't swap the intercoolers out until i order in m y new front bumper coz i'm sure i'll have some fitment issues. The new one is much larger.

I really hope i can find the time to re-spray that thing before summer. It's well over due.

looks sexy!!!!!!!!

i was gonna ask why the hot side was so close to the radiator.. but then when i look at what would have to be done if the compressor was on the other side i realized that was a retarded question.. lol

decided to finish working on the fitment of the fog lights & the lip to cover the bottom of the intercooler hangin out.

the bumper is hacked to hell to make all this shit fit but it seems to be comming out pretty good. It will all be stripped down & painted properly when i re-paint the car.. probably beginning of next month.

The bumper is not mounted to the car.. just resting on there right now, so thats why the sides look like they are hangin.

For those that arn't aware, those fogs arn't from this car.. and i HATE the jdm ones that do come for this car.. so i snaged up a pair of the one from the 2000 si.

** oh yea.. and it took quite a bit of planning and measurements to make sure that the fogs and the charge pipes weren't going to interfear with eathother!

laser eye sight. I just look at that shit & it fuses together! ;)

mig. The tig is on the list, i just keep running into money issues every time i go to dump the cash off. Last summer i was all set, then the city order me to tie into their new sewer lines.. that depleted my fundage & gave me butt hurt real bad. It's just a matter of time.

spent all night workin on this car. Had to make everything functional so that it can make the 7 mile hike to my buddy's shop where i will complete my exhaust on his lift.

Had to trim my bumper some more so that i could finish mounting it properly, it now fits.
re-routed my vac setup for the wastegate placement
tucked my hid wiring
built dump the dump tube
cut all the rest of the pipes i'm gonna need for my exhaust and have the bends layed out all in order with numbers on 'em

I'll probably have to wait for the cutout portion coz i'm not draggin my plasma cutter with me and i'm gonna need it for where it gets T'd in.

Other than that, it was just a lot of tidy work makin sure everything was hooked up and snuged down and all the new t-bolt clamps are installed.

I guess we'll see how things go in the morning. As for now, it's past my bed time. l8er

OMG i'm tired.

it took 6hrs to get that thing built and pull my shit back off the lift. Drove it home, it does sound nice. I like it.

Although i blew another coupler on the way home, somewhere around 17lbs ish area and when i got back there was a bunch of oil running down the back side of things, i touched it & it was cold oil so i'm assuming it's from my catch can needing emptied.

idk how much i feel like doing at this point but it still needs some work b4 i can actually take it out & enjoy it.
