...12s are soooooooooooooooo 2001, but anyway. i remember that guy, it was an OLDER one which is NON-PI headed... i can absolutely and positively guarantee that it was FAR from stock, from what i've seen and my professional experience... those older mark viii's ran 15.5+, the PI headed ones ran bottom 15s... so on a 100 shot inorder to run 12.6 means he had to be running 13.6-13.7 on motor which is far away from 15.5

...hell my cougar ran 15.8 stock best, with 98 mustang gt lower/ported upper intake, 75mm tb, 80mm maf, cold air intake, headers, full 2 1/2 exhaust with no cats, underdrive pulleys, 3.73s i ran a best of 14.2 that was bettering it by 1.6 seconds

...so im not sure why i wasted the time writing this, but............................ ford :thumbsdown:

I know the car Gary, my friends did the work. It's not stock, except the MOTOR! It has 3.73 gears, a tune, COld air intake and a 100 shot THAT'S IT Ricky I mean Gary. I can't figure out if it's denial or jealousy yet, but I'm honing in on it with you crackers.

P.S. The pi heads didn't make it into a car til 99. They quit making the Mark VIII's in 98 brainiac.

Your Cougar was a 2 valve Gary, like 100 hp difference. PLUS your the moron that owned it and did all the work!!

I mean look at your Firebird, all raced out engine stroked, ported heads, cam etc and your only in the 11's with one of the best engine GM EVER built!!

if i had craigs kind of money, it woulda been on the road a long time ago... the only motivation i had so far this year was seeing my friends heads/cam ss fire last night, he bought my old cam... it sounds nuts

hanging out in niles made me think my srt was the fastest thing on the streets lol, so why bother... lol. i need to get motivated and put my clutch in lol
