On the principle of the whole thing, if they blew me off after being perturbed over a scheduled job not being done on time, I would use another shop and report them to the BBB. I dislike incompetence, too bad it runs rampant in our society.

they normally knock my stuff out in like a week or week in a half.. they must be really busy. oh well

my fawkin laptop is acting really stupid. ever time the thing gets shook or harsh vibration, it freakin restarts! Sooooo every time i'm in my car tryin to tune, i shift hard and the fucker restarts, i lose my recorded data! I hit the brakes, it freakin restarts.. i tore it apart while at work today and looked for any loose conections that might have been causing the problem but found nothing. So since it's under warrenty for the next couple months i called up best buy to talk to them about it and they said it will probably be out for at least 2 weeks..

I'm not bout to go without computer to tune my car for 2 or more weeks at this time in the season when my phone is ringin off the hook with people needing tuned!

soooo i went to best buy and bought another laptop tonight. I'll be taking the old one in probably tomarrow or wed after i get all my stuff off the HD.

Only issue now is that my tuning software is registered to the ESN of the old computer, so i've put in my request to have it changed to my new machine (that i'm on right now). Now i have to play the waiting game and home they get back to me before the weekend here.

new registration code came in the e-mail this morning! I've just gotta test out this new computer tonight & make sure everything functions.

Dyno time scheduled for saturday morning as long as everything goes as planed with the car!

Time to try and make some power. This will be judgement day. I'll make power, or i'll blow it up! One of the two will take place!

spent 4hrs fuckin with stupid vista to make it work with my tuning software!

anyways, i spent a good 25min with the car on rt.11 tonight got about 10 pulls in and made proper adjustments. vtec cross-over is wayyyyy better and it's starting to pull pretty good. I just went through all my logs and made some more changes. I'll load them into the computer tomarrow and see if i can get this thing running even better. It's peaking at about 17psi right now and seems to be holding up pretty well. Only a couple more days to get things iron'd out b4 it hits the dyno.

i still need to hook up the boost controller

sooooo my car tried to fuck me!!

after riding the bike and enjoying the weather knowing that i was going to be stuck in a hot smelly dynoshop in the AM. I get home to route 2 simple vacume lines and take the car for a quick test just to be sure it's ready for the dyno adventure in the morning. Welllllll the i hit 5500 rpms and the thing just about gives up.. i'm like wtf.. every time i hit 5500rpm's it's like the damn ignition shuts off.. i'm on the side of the road tryin to look it over.. nothing wrong.. drives normal wtf

after fussing with putting the vac lines back & going to hell.. i realize that while under intense load and crazy wheel spin and i'm paying attention to the road, my spedo is goin wacky. ok weird, didn't think anything of it but i'm still flipin out at 5500...

after some exhausted brain storming, i realized that the car was engaugeing my 2-step lauch control because it thought i was doing less than 3mph while tackin 5500.. so i shut my 2-step off in my map and everything is fine.

now it's 430 in the freakin morning and i've gotta get up to leave in a couple hours..

jesus i was just talking to a truck driver at work and he said his truck has 1,300,000 miles on it and its never been rebuilt and is just not starting to leak a tiny spot of oil. That is nuts.
