So leads me to believe the the nice guy always finishes last
So what to do? Well if you can't beat them Join them just be a dick and an ass to everone then you should get what you want?

to me the issue of how people act toward one another is where trust is formed. If someone is good to me and I always see them being a dick to others I still dont trust or respect them because look how they treat others that do.
