i was looking in the honda underground @ hondaswap.com and they were saying that crate motor was $10,000, for 270hp? lol... if thats what your into i guess

you could have had almost 2 (two) LS6 motors (405hp) they are $5,249

He bought the high compression motor, If i remember right you got it for a deal, right Tony? And put lower compression pistons in it so that he could use forced induction. So no, he didnt spend 10,000 dollars on 270whp, that motor will take pretty much anything thrown at it. Upwards of 800whp are definately possible if Tony wanted to turn his car into a full out drag queen, and he wouldnt have to touch another thing on that motor.
Tony fuck shooting low this year, Tune it on race gas, and just destroy all of them, that motor has more than the potential to do so.

Ok, let me state I'm not one to run people down but HOW did you get a engine that retails for $6995.99 for $500...? Something there doesn't add up. Did you trade things with the sale say A CAR? I guess its a nice setup and would cost alot to reproduce yet the block alone from a big name site is only $299 (Dart bare block) and the head is only $395, some of the pieces in the head from a power stand point aren't all they seem cracked up to be. Looks like you cleaned up the ports a hell of alot better then they did.

Hey if ya did got it for $500 good for you, we'll see how it runs this summer. Should be interesting.

Hey its true though everytime a honda is on pinks they do absouletly horrible and give hondas a bad name. It kinda pisses me off sometimes cuz I know there are fast hondas out there, but they never get on pinks that for sure.
