Take back the keys!

In an effort to get the name of the company out more im doing sponsorships on cars, I have a lot of interest though my Crux Myspace and sticker will be going out this coming week.

Here is what I need from you guys, I am only one person and can only talk to so many people about these forums/company. You all have Myspaces with friends on there that I probably do not have, I am going to be making up a bulletin for you all to post that will point them in the direction of me.

If you would like to participate in this just let me know on this thread or any other ideas that you have for me.

We are almost at the 200 member mark with probably 50 or so actual active members. So the goal of members on here is 1000 we have a lot of posts daily and some extensive knowledge on different car bases on the boards as of now.

I think they are doing great so far Dave. Its nice to come on here every few hours and view new posts. I definitively let local knowledgeable car ppl know about the site. That is how Tom and Tony (dsm) got here.

I'm not sure if mass broadcasting it is the way to go. Being that not everyone on your myspace is a car person or is local. The best part about this site is that it is local. The majority of the people on here are people whom we do see, which is awesome!

I might be making a couple new threads over the next week or so... I'll see however.

Yah, well the national exposure is more for the company end of it. The only reason why I said myspace bulletins is because most of the people on my personal myspace are from here so its like specific to this area.

But I agree with you on the local thing.

Also if anyone would be interested in upgrading the software to the vBulletin software, I think the program runs like 150 bucks so if I got five from everyone that should cover it, it is just a nicer software than the PHP bb, it is the common forum software that you will see on most popular forum sites.

wait till spring break starts... well try out that program and stuff i was talking about.... and i have another possible idea that id rather not make public

the best thing to do is network, ppl need to spread the word, ive got a countless number ppl on here just by passing out cards and telling them to check out the forums

dave i think in order to make sales, you need to setup a proper online store. naming who you distribute and a few parts isnt really letting anyone know what your capable of selling. in order to get people on here, business cards and t-shirts are a good way to advertise more than gayspace.

so...if we want more peoples on the forums i think we all need to grow up more... and stop insulting eachother. really we seem childish and if there's actual adults who get on here i don't think they'll be coming back... like the one chick who between her n her hubby made some crazy cars? she disappeared.. anyways just a thought
