so ..ya..fuck ohio roads....and state troopers... coming home from school weds i was on 80 right before meander and hit some black ice ...played ping pong off the cement barriers and wound up on the right side barrier w/ my passenger side sticking up in the air 45 degrees.... and then after all that mess the cop decided to give me a ticket for failure to control when no one else's vehicle was involved...so ya... most if not all of the money i saved up for the bird... now gone, since the stock market tank my school funds are gone too..which means i'm probably gunna have to sell the bird

same thing happend to a friend of mine years ago. the judge found him not guilty though, because the weather was just like it is now

ok... i have a 500 deductible... and there's 4800 dollars in dmg... so ya... then the ticket is gunna be X amount... i'm guessing around 100... if i go to court i'll need a lawyer ... .lawyers are fucking expensive last time i checked so it may be better ot just pay it n take the points

they can gice you a lawyer for like 25 bucks
