Yeah I guess 625+hp out of something that only has 2 valves per cylinder and 1 camshaft is kind of prehistoric. I would like to see that thing with a pulley, a tune, headers/exhaust and a cai.

Too bad the cylinder walls on the ls7 weren't more boost friendly....

Well they are rather thin.. After all, they took a 6.0L (364ci.) and bored/stroked it out to a 7.0L (427). I've heard of people turboing them though.

yeah its really all in the tune. However it seems that GM didn't feel comfortable enough using it due to this.. The power it would have made.... lol.

i don't know how much they bored it but generally speaking, anything up to .060 bore is still fairly safe
