I'm looking for a 2002-2005 wrx, if anyone knows of any for sale let me know. I'm looking for low mods and low miles preferably, but will consider anything.

Thanks.

yea i saw those, i dont really want a wagon though. i went and looked at the one at fred martin and was really considering it as well. when they first got it they had it on their site for 12,995 and 2 days later they put it to 15,995 which is way too much for an '02 with 63,000 on it, imo. the guy gave me the "well these cars hold their value" bs line. kbb for dealer resale was 13,020 so the 12,995 is pretty good i guess. i dont know if you looked at it in person or not but the rims look to have been driven through the winter as they are a bit eaten up. it also looks like the trunk isn't sealing correctly and is leaking water in on the left side of the trunk. aside from that it looked pretty clean. not many paint chips, clean interior, decently clean engine bay. the only mods performance wise i could see was an exhaust and k&n intake. i coudlnt tell what kind of exhaust it was, could tell it was catless though when i started it up. if i could get it for cheap id pick it up, but they didnt seem like they were willing to budge much when i talked to them. i might go have a look again this weekend since they took the price back down to 12,995 according to the website.

there was a red '04 i was really interested in at the honda store, but when i went today to talk to someone today they said someone from michigan bought it on monday

i would love to get an s2000, but after thinking about it more i dont really wanna try to drive one through the winter. from my understanding they are very tail happy in dry conditions and even worse in the wet. i dont wanna buy a car and be scared im going to fly off the road in the winter. after i started really playing with numbers and got some insurance quotes on them i wont be able to afford to keep the cobalt for winter and a s2000 for summer like i was hoping. i could just get some snow tires and take it real easy but i think it would still be a pita.

story time: i went in there yesterday to put some money on it. i offered 11 for it and they said that would be alright. i went to take it on another test drive, and as i was pulling out, another salesman ran out and said he just sold it 5 minutes earlier for 11,600. this caused a stir between my salesman, that salesman, and the sales manager. if only i had been 10 minutes early!

there is a white 2008 wrx sedan at the honda store on 224 for anyone interested. it looked pretty nice, the guy said he thought it was "around $18,000" but its listed at $21,995 on their website.

mileage isn't that big of a deal as long as its in good shape, good compression, etc. I'd like it to be less than 70K though. Not really looking for a wagon though, i want the sedan.
On a side note, I saw your thread in the members gallery on Nasioc. Car looks AWESOME!
