1000whp in an evo is a nice setup. I'd be happy for him cuz I'd know he's rocking ShearerFab parts. Mid 9's and upper 140's with a GT42 if he handed the keys to someone.

Most BR turbo kits use Shearer parts so it's a win/win.

The thing is, the big GT42's have better spool and transient response than most big turbos.

Logical EVO upgrade path = stock turbo > GT35r > GT42.

Oh and BTW, ShearerFab.com is just wrapping up their VW turbo kits. Really impressive setup for those stupid cramped engine bays. He also has some 4.5" thick FMIC cores in for anyone who wants to swing a bigger dick than me.

ya, he beat my wifes automatic convertible daily driver last year oooooooooooooooooooooo

how about you log off the forum for a while and work on your car and quit making up excuses and changing the subject

I'm finishing up installing my second fuel pump, cleaning up the engine bay, had to re-torque my head studs, change the oil, fix a few small leaks, I still have to figure out why my windshield whippers arn't working, mount my body panels.... ect

Right now I got a shitty ass leaking Mr-Gasket Y block, fucking Ridiculous American parts.

I'm using some Jap gasket to hopefully keep it leak free when I try again tomorrow.
