Any my opinion on it.

Under no circumstances should an item that was legally bought by an individual be taken away no matter what person was doing with it. There are other ways to bring them to justice, the fact that it seems these cars were taken away from breaking a law after they dump $XX,XXX into them is ludicrous.

I don't see them taking away drunks cars? Why?! Because everyone drinks, its more accepted. Which isn't right.

I can see maybe impounding the car but not confiscating it that is just off the wall.

And yah I love how a DYI just pay the fine and get your license back there should be a like three strikes your out thing with that.

i could see law enforcement ppl building cars like that to try to catch people... but taking other peoples investments...?! i'm sorry, u've gotta be sending my ass to jail for like 10+ years if u expect me to trade a 40k+ car. Hell... they said that cobra was making 550+rwhp AFTER they stripped it down lol... that was easily a 1k+hp machine. Those guys had to of been seriously fucked to of given up the car...
