Awesome!

Yeah...Well half the crap would've been bought already, but I decided to build a 2nd DSM like a jackass
I'm already 90% supported on the engine. I'm hoping I can get it done this winter. I wanted to toss boost at it by this past spring, but I had too many issues with the car that never got sorted, then I got hurt at work and got 3k in med bills :x . Fortunately most of that is being recouped. Sucks, cause now I'm all like 'well if I'm gonna votech the thing I might as well do a bottom end....and if the bottom end is out, I better do the tubular K member now.......$ $ $ $ .

It's alot to get done, but I'm gonna make a valiant effort to at least sort a few things, at least the bottom end and the k member....or I'll just buy the blower and run this setup till it dies :P

Great to hear you got the fan sorted...now I just have to get the fan in my laser to turn on alltogether

if you need anything for that DSM let me know...ive got a garage full of shit including good 1g heads and about anything else you can think of...and my roomate has been building a bagged and bodydropped mitsu mightymax for yrs with a hybrid DOHC 2.4 turbo but just the other day decided he was parting out everything that has to do with the motor and is gonna do a 383 stroker with the two/tuned? port injection (whatever the hell that is). so everything he has is up for grabs. i allready got his greddy type s and the 4g64 motor though  but he's parting this shit out for nearlly nothing so act fast.

Well, I'm set other than injectors, turbo, and management. If you have a list of what he has, I'll take a look. I've got a ton of shit though myself :P

just run 8-10lbs on your stock internals tom, it should last u a while without hurting anything; not to mention u'd probably pick up about 100-150hp.

Down the road when u can afford to build the bottom end just crank up the boost

Whats ur current motor mod list on the stang? i don't quite remember

<3 afr best heads money can buy, though i'm shocked u didnt bump up to the 185cc ones if u were planning on boosting her down the road. The rest all sounds solid, cept that intake is probably holding u back a bit.

i've seen guys get away with like 450-500hp on stock internals on boosted applications, anymore than that ur kinda asking to snap a rod. Should be able to get away with like 8lbs or something.

In terms of the drivetrain, if ur gonna be pushing over 400-450ft/lbs (which u would pretty easily after slapping on a supercharger based on your mods) the stock axles are junk as well as the t5 trans. Launching it hard or even grabbing second without turning some tire and u'd probably see some shit exploding  Stock ford drive train is crap for the most part. :(

I havent been on here in a while so ive got some updates...I tore everything off the intake side so see what was causing my idle surge...I def found some problems....the intake gasket blew out right under the EGR, and worst the throttle body had gone completely to shit...while tearing it down i found that the Fiav spring cap had completely backed out...so i fixed that and sealed up the plates...i went even further and inspected my shaft seals, the c clip was in pieces and 1 seal was split, the other non existant :? then after research to find new ones i found that nobody sells them for the 90 since their 2 dif sizes...only slowboy has them for 91 and up. i did find a guy that rebuilds them with a bigger shaft though and bored to 65 mm but this will cost me $250...but thats not all...my wastegate is destroyed  .Im not paying for another 16g just for a wastegate. so im saving now and just gonna go all out on the biggest bastard i can get with a Tial wastegate....I cant believe ive ran this whole season with everything like this and still ran rather well
