ha im pretty set on bench i can already do 100 lbs over my body weight.
now its time to work on the chicken legs i have :P
i get back exercises in there every once in a while.

i rode bikes all these years. sorta why im skinny. my legs are really built but still skinny. im like 140 and i like doin the machines. im basically doin all the machines over 250 now for every one. im pretty strong i guess but i hate being so skinny even though i eat everything.

the only free weights i ever really have done were curls. when im not on the machines im usually doing 30-50 chin ups, 80-200 push ups, or ill put 250lbs on a bar, sit on a box low to the ground, pull the bar down and all the way back and ill do like situps/crunches while curling the 250lbs. idk much about working out. i just started this past summer and the last time i bench pressed was probably in 6th grade so im guessing i cant do much on bench. =/

i was a wrestler in high school. now im a coach so i get a pretty good workout daily.

5'6 140

240x1 bench
225x1 squat :P
300x1 deadlift

today was the first time i have squated or deadlift in probably over a year..
just thought i would share this :lol:

ok tough man wasnt talkin to you about wrestling you dont want to fight me and im not saying that to be cocky im just sure you dont want to get in a fight and i have seen you at numerous places your tall skinny as hell always wear flat bill hats and alot of black attair.... you obviously dont know what your talking about by what you say you can do you would be alot bigger than you are :owned3:

did i say i wanted to fight? no. ive rode bikes for like 5 years competing and everything. im stronger than i look. i probably cant even bench more than 130lbs but when it comes to all the other shit, yea i can do it. i do it everyday at 5am pretty much. nice to meet you when ive never even seen you in my life.
