I just wanna know, if you go a car show; do you get points off of every sticker you ad? Or are the only modifications counted are the ones so blantly obvious because they are near out of place? I mean, Joe seems like a nice kid and all and don't take this the wrong way, but that car has been rolling barf forEVER and it collects like a mountain of throphies. WHY?

I can garuntee I've seen cars with far more mods, and much more tasteful just get shut down by this thing at shows. Are judges just ignorant, or do you actually need to have some lame-o carshow placard to list EVERY modification. Maybe it's just sour grapes and in the end I could give a shit about sitting by my car in a lawnchair, I'd rather be out wailing in the ass at the track/other....but it just seems wrong to me.

he gets all the throphys because he goes to all the ricer fests or to the car shows no one else would go to because he knows he can win and plus im sure his whole club votes for him so im sure that helps a lil bit

well im the pres of the club so for 1 we dont all vote for joe iv never voted for him scince iv none him. 2 he is turning a new leaf with that car ever scince he joined the club he is not as ignorant as he use to be and he does goe to the track and beat on it now. 3 me and joe use to hate each other with a pation like no other but iv calmed him down alot he's growing up. Yes the car is still a lil out there for me but its coming around im talking him into more smart choices then over the top retarted stuff. all the people the have replied to this thread u all have great looking cars from what iv seen at shows youve attended or iv seen on the thread. The main thing u have to remember about your cars though is that there your cars make them what you want as long as you have fun with it thats all that matters. i loved my ICP Cavy but it was way over the top and ill be the first to admitte that. The Orange cavi was awsome too but i buillt that more for what judges looked for and in the end i got tired of that car cause it wasnt me. I love my Conquest and what im doing to it I hope you guys like it but at the same time its mine and if im happy with it thats all that matters. Trophies and being the fastest have never mattered to me its having fun that im all about.

so how does he get all these trophies exactly? or is he just manufacturing them in his basement? lol

(i only ask cause its hilarious when he carries them all around with him and sets them up infront of his car)

he doesnt anymore believe me i told him it was a lil ridiculas and he use go to a bunch of small just to get trophies. but in his defince that kid goes to probobly 5 car shows a week lol

If its not his car that gets me its how he drives it. I watched him a Quaker Steak this summer be a COMPLETE fucking retarded while leaving. That show is for pretty much muscle cars, full of old people who come to enjoy anothers company and look at eachothers cars. Mean while Joe is leaving bouncing his shit off the limiter, just free reving the living shit out of his rice box. I even felt embarrassed for him, pretty much everyone was staring at his car like WTF?! That kind of shit is completely unnecessary and honestly its people like that who create the generally stereotypes associated with late model cars that we drive. Seeing actions such as previously stated is what gives me the opinion I have of him.

I get a lot of respect from older people because I don't drive my car like its going out of style. I cant count the number of times that I get complemented at the gas station by the older crowd.

i dont drive my cars like that either, you guys know that. just havent had a car out in awhile lol. im to scared to beat on the conquest cause of how hard it is to get parts. believe me i deal with the whole older crowed being on my case about sport compacts because me and my dad are in the hollywood knights as well. i hear at every meeting and everytime were at the track. im sick of it. but hopefully i can change there opinion really soon with the conquest and the rest of us with sport compacts that dont super rice them and drive them like assholes.
