Ya, I realize I need to just get something that isn't sporty. I'm on the lookout for a cheap honda.

Also pretty reliable, cheap parts as well! Plus you have all these Honda fan boys here to help you out I'm sure!
I'm looking into something similar myself, just haven't decided yet...

I've been looking around but don't know what I should get. Needs to not kill me on gas, and not break down every day. Quick would be a plus, but I don't really care. Import/domestic/whatever. What do you think?
Hopefully i'm gonna have enough cash at the end of the summer to buy something i really want, I'm thinking a VW jetta GLI. The 6 speed makes me drool.

What you need is a 1998 Lincoln Mark VIII. Total stud mobile and gets mid 20's mpg. I happen to know a fella sellin one...ME! $2500 owns it. Hell it's prolly faster than certain F-body's on here too (4 valve mod motor). Add a 100 shot and enjoy the 12's in this stock DD.

a message board dedicated to those damn cars... i had one myself, normally they run 15.0-15.50's stock (for the fast ones) ... o i forgot a 100 shot takes off 3 seconds for mod motors![]()
i still dig the cars though... for furds, they look decent
