I need a wideband for my car to get it tuned. I would like to borrow one for now, but if the price is right, it would be really nice to have one. So if you have one to borrow or buy, let me know! Thanks.

Yea, I saw write ups on that one on tuners. How did you tune yours?

Not sure I really have $200 ATM to go spend... I know I NEED to, just not sure I can.

I never had one, but always read good reviews for how cheap it is.

How did you tune your car? You had larger injectors and turbo, right?

Yah i had a 16g with a 190 and 560cc's. I had a DSMchip by keydriver put in my eprom ecu. I don't even know if he does those anymore. If you're gonna spend 200 on a wideband, say fuck it and just get dsmlink. You can probably get it for around 500 something and then you don't have to mess with all the dinky tuning stuff like afc's and shit.

Yea, but with Link, you still need the wideband to get a good tune. I guess I'm not real sure how these widebands are sold... some come with just the wires, some have sensors, some have gauges, some have computers attached?! I'm browsing right now trying to figure that all out.

I think I can use my autometer AFR gauge if I get a wideband sensor...

Well, I bought that one. We'll see how that goes. I had a drill bit go through my finger yesterday, and I have to replace the rear main seal in my car (meaning I have to at least drop the tranny and oil pan), so it will be a while before I can test it out. Check out my finger...

Lesson learned don't let your friend drill, I've done it before with utility knifes not fun 6 stitches the one time then the other time I just didnt want to go to the ER again
