i said i was a low 14 second car but if i shift right and get traction i could probably run high 13s my friend with a civic si just like mine he has a intake and exhaust also and he ran a 13.80 and all he did was lower the psi in the front tires and remove the spare tire

my car is slow i dont care i never said it was fast or it would beat anyone on this site

if he has a low 14 sec car he should race me. come on ohiocarsftl i have a stock 96 trans am. well i lied i have a cat back exhaust. woo hoo that adds like what???? 10 horse tops. and i doubt that. so im basicly stock. should run a 14 flat unless i hook up then a 13.8 so we should be dead even right?

actually thats crazy u brought this up i jus raced my friends 94 z28 which i think has the same motor as u and he has a intake and exhaust its automatic and it was close and he hooked pretty good i was spinning cuz my tires are bald as hell but yea if u guys dont believe me the new civics si's run 14's with jus intake and exhaust watch this

first off, that "stock" civic in the first video can't be stock... professional driver from motortrend ran a best a 14.8 and he's gonna shave off 6tenths more? sorry.... not gonna happen.

second off, the video where the civic did run 13.8 had slightly more than a coldair intake...

this guy power shifted perfectly and had a good launch and reaction time he also took out the spare tire and lowered the psi in the front two tires

have you watched the motortrend shows when they test cars? They most certainly powershift them and alter tire presure, they do everything except weight reduction... but a doughnut weighs like what, 20lbs? 20lbs =/= 6 tenths lol

thought 100 pounds was a tenth in the 1/4 for most average weight cars.... shit if its 20 pounds i'll just take a healthy shit and drop a tenth!!
