what do you guys think

i want the people that know what there talking about to give me some input on this. i found this talon on craigs list and i think its worth the work check it out.
http://cleveland.craigslist.org/cto/992495755.htmli have a turbo already so theres 1 part thats needed.. and basically all the other parts needed are parts i would upgrade anyway soo.. sounds like a win to me..
your opinions?

Offer him $750 cash and I would say then it is a good find, nice project if you have the time and money.
