dremel or somthing equal to it.......(NO AIRTOOLS)
patience
a steady hand
resin and some really crafty glass skill
bondo (use evercoat tho) smooth out the imperfections
paint it whtever color you want and put the screen back in and re-install





So you trim the center section off very carefully as it isnt a thick piece of plastic and instead of leaving a hole in the top that is ugly so I fiberglassed it flush been on 2 years no problems. And now for my work of art.

^^^^^^^^^ not sure beings your grille is totally different than the 04-05 grilles if you manage to pull it off throw some pics up on here.
