also, hillsville got better over the years the cops ended up saying fuck it basically, and it use to be a dirtbike hotspot which a pack of dirtbikes is way louder than some 4x4 quads (im sure thre was loud quads) but not as loud asa some bikes, plus there was a pro that taugh classes there and he was making money off of it so that pissed them off
