lol.. i swap out cards all the time.. i dont have enough pci slots and i have the drivers for everything installed.. i pull stuff out and plug others in and it works... lol

haha but try replacing your mother board.... its giving me the BSOD because the hardware is bound to xp (long story short) and my bootable copy of xp is shot... i have a legit key though, now i also have this trial version of xp service pack 2 my question is if i repair my harddrive with the trial version, i wonder if it'll let me use my old key to activate it?? if not i'll just backup her files... and go from there

i can burn you a copy of my All windows disc... it has everything from windows 3.1 up to xp pro i havent used it yet so i dont know if its functional but i tossed it in to see if it boots and it does so.. let me know

haha my uncle has about 40 copies of xp and cd keys an stuff... so if i can't get something off him to at least boot and use the repair feature with then i'll holla atcha boye?

so i think i jinxd myself.. last night my ethernet car shit and was causing my pc to not boot windows.. but after some tinkering it worked.... thank god it did because i had to email my teacher something befor midnight and it was 10 ..

your NIC card was causing windows to not boot? thats odd... try n uninstall the drivers and reinstall them.

alright, so my computer wont play videos now. yesterday i downloaded an update for the flash player and now whenever i try to play a video, such as one on youtube, it says "Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player." i checked and my to see if the javascript was turned off and i didnt see one that said "javascript" in paticular but multiple that said "scripting" in some way or another. some were enabled and some were not. i redownloaded the new flash player from the adobe site and it still doesn't work. any ideas?

You mention downloading it in both instances, did you ever install it?

yeah, the bar came up at the top of the browser to allow activex to download it or whatever, i clicked allow. then the security box came up that asked if it wanted to continue, i hit continue. next the install/dont install box came up and i hit install. about 5-10 seconds of scrolling green lines went across the screen on the adobe page and it said installation complete in a little grey box within that page.

What browser are you trying to put this on, FireFox?

If using FireFox Tools > Options > Content will show you if Java is enabled.

Tools > Add-ons > Plugins will show you what is currently installed, it'll show you what version of Flash is installed etc...

PS if it is firefox tools>Options>enable javascript/ enable java...

download mozilla firefox... IE blows fyi...

i found it in the add ons, flash version 10 is there. haha ill have to give firefox a try and see if that helps me out.

so i just inhearited some sexy virus,spyware/whatever.. and it decided to lock everything up so i couldent boot any removal programs..i couldent even access my hard drives... but i just went through taskmanager >File>Start new task .. i changed the name of the spyware program and its working... lol its found a good 20 things sofar :/

got the truck back from greenwood today... nice paint job...shitty buff job..swirl marks all over my truck, driving it home today i fucking notice i don't get cold air out of the middle or left vents... but the right vents near the passenger seats get cold and hot air, i don't even know where to look for this problem...any idea's?

Was it XP Anti virus Police or something like that? I had that on my computer once did similar things so I managed to crash the program on start up and then proceeded to deleting it

spyware 2009 or something.. i fucked it in the ass already but my computer needsa reformat badly anyway...

so.. i get to ysu today... and find my wireless card ceases to exist on my laptop anymore... funny how many things seem to be getting fucked up that i own right now, i'm gunna drink myself into a coma. i called tech support talked to ABU mohammed al ahkbar for about 40 mins ...30 mins of which i couldnt understand what he was saying...or was trying to confirm things... my laptops out of warranty for a year...they'll take it back free of charge meaning this is a known issue with these models and its their fuck up they won't admit it. so this puppy's gunna be gone for probably a month...

my dads laptop got nailed by electricity and he got is back in like 2 weeks
