i have a new valve cover that needs notched in each sleeve for the coilpacks. and also each sleeve needs bored out 40,000 of an inch.
i have savwkos valve cover already done, that i can take to the shop so they can copy it, here is a pic (along with him watermarked in it lol)
Anyone know where i can take this to get done?

LOL thats comical.
As far as machine shops go.
You could try
-Jerry's Crank & Sleeve in girard (slow but extreamly good work)
-B & B Automotive in Warren (usually pretty quck turn around)
-Union Auto in Warren (also decently quck turn around)

Yeah I'm not sure why people just jump straight to the defensive, theres no reason v8 and i4 guys cant get along. Its all in good fun in my eyes.
Its possible AJ has never had to write it out before, but it is .040 or just 40 over.

Not sure if you already made arrangements w/ dave, but my g/f's dad owns a machine shop. It's called RT Manufacturing and is in East Palestine. I work there during breaks from school. If you're interested, I can give you his cell number and he could tell you exactly how much and if they could do it. Not sure why they wouldn't be able to. The one guy up there is really good on the mill.
