Take back the keys!

With the six speed battles booming over in the Supra world, I figured I'd share a few photos of the newest setups for 2009. These cars are shooting for Mid 7's at 190 mph++. The problem stopping the previous setups was mainly safety. All of the supras had 8.50 cages and were running well below that, with very high MPH compared to similar cars in the 8.50 range.

Ryan Woons new ride. He took his old Quicksilver car out, and removed the 91mm inplace of a smaller turbo for the street... and he built this beast...































Next up is Darin, he is Titan Motorsports tuner, and has completely stripped his car, and changed his setup as well. He is also running meth.

Keeping in mind these guys are still running stock 6 speed trans, and standard diffs. Non tubed or tooobed in anyway. Just lost their street ability a bit, between the 25.5 cage and smaller radiators.. These are turning more into race cars. Something similar to that of Sheps 1st gen.

I expect one of these cars to do 200mph in the 1/4.

yes

pretty crazy. theres pretty much nothing like the sound of an 8 second supra.
