No I'm thinking black vinyl with white ink. Preferably just the crest outline but I've been told that requires a custom die to cut it.

I can die cut the white that doesn't require anything special, problem is my plotter doesnt print over vinyl so you are looking at a single color or a overlaid thing I can do exactly that but it would be two layers of vinyl.

For black vinyl they want like $20 for 250 stickers.

And apparently their cheaper rates are based on squares, circles, ovals, and rectangle cuts. They'd need a die to cut out the shape of the crest, or so they say.

Exactly...or without the black outline but thats the idea. We might either do a vertical black oval with the white ink or a clear oval with both black/white ink.
