Hello Everyone My name is Jim and i have a 2 '96 Cavaliers. 1 is a DD and the other is my show/go car. I came across this site from Jbody.org.

Anyways here are some pics of my car.

Supercharger, turbocharger?

Right now i am working on doing a 2.4 swap and i building it up and then i am gonna get a supercharger for it. As of right now the car has a base 2.2 with an air intake and a flowmaster 40 muffler.

HOLA!! try to get a 2.4 with a 2000+ computer or it will be a bitch to tune

i owned a cavi, it was nice and got good gas mpg, everyone gotta start somewhere and has there own tastes...

No i was going to do the 2.4 LD9 swap. And as for The Advance Auto Parts thing. I work there. I work at the Advance in Tallmadge.

Hey are you going to the Ohio Jbody meet in Columbus on Oct 19th? if so let me know, cause i'm going possibly if i can get the time off. I'm trying to get a little Caravan together to roll down there to show some of the guys from C-bus that we have a lot of J's up here.

Thanks for some of the compliments. You know my friend from work has a 95 Integra SE and he made fun of me today for having Toyota Cavalier Taillights cause i always make fun of his Foreign P.O.S. LOL. I did tell him to join this site though. The reason why i think his car is a POS is cause its being
re-done Halfassed by a bodyshop that is one of our commercial accounts.

thats the only time ill make fun of a car and be serious about it is when its half-assed. me personally, i love looks more than speed but im not into sticker graphics and stuff. just good clean shit you would see at sema. next spring or summer is when me and my friend will be done with his focus. it won't be like another one out there! all custom fiberglass, custom paint job comin, pretty much custom everything. its gonna be a bitch sewing the seats we were even gonna turbo it but we feel the motor can't handle a turbo so after the car is done, he's just gonna show it off until he gets money to rebuild a motor. right now its primed pink, lowered, and has lambo doors LOL.

i dunno about the jbody meet... dident even know their was one..i probably can because of work and school my classes are real early... you going with other ppl or is it just you..

I'm going to go with other people. My dad is prolly gonna bring his 3400 Z vert(if its nice outside) and my friend is prolly gonna bring his '04 kitted Cav. I didnt want to just pound out the dent and put bondo in so i bought a brand new quarter panel from G.M and i welded it in.

I'd Love 18"s for this . Do you have pics? The wheels on it now are 17" RS Limited (i dont know what model), they used to be neon orange but i got them powdercoated black chrome and then i painted the rim silver. You guys might have seen them before, they used to be a guy named Zeke's wheels, he lives out in the boardman area.
