Yeah Matt, Since it's looking like your going to have a little extra on your budget.. That wouldn't be a bad investment. I'm doing it.

I do have a walk-in oven! :)

wouldn't have been my choice of color but to each his own. At least you wern't doing 135mph in a residential neighborhood where little kids could be crossing the street!

I'm just confused as to where the "its paid for" has anything at all to do with this conversation?

Base coat, top coat....seems like good work....I'll compliment under the understanding that it was meant to come out some other color rather than pink. Not saying its not a "cool" color but not for a dudes car. Maybe it looks like a different color in person.

your honduhh cant do 135 so....

bragging you have a paid off honda is like bragging that you are a gay redheaded stepchild who got pounded really hard by your stepdad every day when you were a kid and enjoyed it

rick took a 5 year loan out on the car (his didn't cost $800 like your honda did when it was new back in 1986) im pretty sure he bought his 2002 TRANS AM WS6 in dec of 2001 NEW with 0 miles by himself, his parents didn't buy it like most of your parents bought yous guys cars'. So lemme think, 12/01 plus 5 years = duhh, paid off idiots as of 07. Im pretty sure his car ran a 13.3-13.4 bone stock and 13.2 with a catback, thats still faster than alot of your guys car now... and FASTER than ANY of your cars when they were BONE STOCK

...if you are saying that mine isn't paid off isn't, i got the title in my firebox upstairs of MY house (i have my own house) that MY family lives in (no my parents... my wife/daughter), all parts were bought in CASH... i don't play the credit game

i choose to drive an old dinosaur pushrod v8 because that is where it is, not with gay 4cyl econobox's... and yous guys are always so concerned about the dick size of v8 guys... thats just another thing that your smaller than us, you just dont have the balls to drive a v8... so you buy lancers, civics, etc that was targeted to the 16 year old teeny bopper girls to buy... not grown men to modify and street race and have gay sex in the compact back seat, and your buddy giving you roadhead when your spooling up your gt35 v band because it sssoundsss ssso fasssst (insert gay voice)

thats why we dont paint our valve covers fuscia and put carbon fiber stickers on them...

that is the oppitamy of rice Image and may god have mercy on your soul

...just my .02

Don't even get me started with you... You are not a doctor or any triple figure job , So i guarantee your up to your dick in debt. You have 3 cars that I know off, and a bike. And you have no debt whatsoever? Who do you think you're kidding here.

Sweet, your car has a v8 in it, what else do you want me to say? In my opinion a car is a car. And my car is fast regardless of the engine size. Your in you're upper 20's and you wake up every morning to talk shit to a bunch of kids with "econobox's". No joke, You post on here every god damn day, and I don't think I have read one post from you that doesn't include you talking shit to people.
Get a life you tool.

this is what decribes you below: anyway im 25 years old... im not fucking 70 years old, i do very well because i know how to manage money... i lease my trailblazer, paying on my srt and bike. i work hard for my money and have NO credit card debt

since your into my business... after my srt is paid off in 2011 im selling my house (i'll bank about 10-15,000 when selling, plus me and the wifes savings should be pretty impressive by then ) and: having one built somewhere nice/finding a nice 4 bd room 2500-2800 sq ft house...

i talk shit b/c it really gets me through the day knowing that you feel shitty for owning a honda and are serious about it

1. hater

A person that simply cannot be happy for another person's success. So rather than be happy they make a point of exposing a flaw in that person.

Hating, the result of being a hater, is not exactly jealousy. The hater doesnt really want to be the person he or she hates, rather the hater wants to knock somelse down a notch.

Susan: You know, Kevin from accounting is doing very well. He just bought a house in a very nice part of town.

Jane (hater): If he is doing so well why does he drive that '89 v-takk honda?

I'm glad you own all of the things you own..and are err...proud of them. I hope to be that financially set when I reach that age. But you rub me the wrong way when you come here and say shit to all of my friends. I wouldn't have a problem with you if you kept your mouth shut about certain things. Yeah I drive a Honda, I dont care, I'm still in highschool. Did I buy the car? No, not all of it my parents helped. Most kids parents help them get their first car too. Would it be making 450whp without me? Hell no I have atleast 5k into the car at the current time. So if I'm qualified as a hater.. Wouldn't that make you one too for ragging on my success?

1.) Never did I see that he was "bragging" that he had his Honda paid off. It was said as a joke regarding how he should burn his car.

2.) Nobody really cares that he bought his T/A new and paid for it himself in 5 years, that is completely irrelevant, we don't care that he has his car paid off. Congratulations! And as a correction, most of us on here DID buy our own vehicles.

3.) 13.3-13.4 is pretty good for a stock vehicle at that price, what trap speed? And yes, that is faster or just as fast as all cars in here bone stock. The thing is, most of them are not bone stock. It seems to me that all you guys care about is going fast in a straight line beings as that is the only thing bragged about. So who cares what is done to the car and how much money is put in it, because all you guys are really looking at is the numbers. It's not your problem how much money the other person put into their car to make it as fast as yours, and we don't really care how little of an amount you put into yours. If it's faster, it's faster.

4.) I personally bought a lancer because I can use it all year round (not that I couldn't use the 944), it's plenty fast for me, and nobody in your club would have a chance keeping up with me on a track. The brakes stop you in an instant, the suspension is modern, and I do admit the AWD keeps you out of trouble (and oh is it fun). Look at it as a car for the open-minded, as it is functional and excels in all areas of performance. I, and our club members, don't "hate" v8's, and don't hate your cars. Again, open-minded. We respect them for what they can do, not what kind of cars they are.

It stickered for $32.5k back in '02, but I got it for $26k out the door..

It trapped consistantly betweeen 105-106, all of which were at Quaker and all were done using the factory tires and I was never able to hook, posting 2.05-2.07 60 ft times. I probably had the worst wheel hop out of everyone I know.

As far as "track times" are concerned, it seems the only 3 people in here that autocross are ACV, Cory and yourself.

1.) i took it as him saying his is paid off and ours werent b/c they are expensive v8s

2.) you paid for your 951 with "good grades"

3.) what car on here bone stock does 13.3 stock?

4.) plus you didn't you put the evo in storage over the winter anyway?

hille, i guarantee one of my "rides" will post a better time than your 944/evo in a twisty course :D ... stock ws6/ss do .91 in the 300 ft skidpad, they aren't slouches by any means

We're not talking about the 944, that isn't what I drive anymore, thats irrelevant. With a professional driver evos and stis can do mid 13's stock. And I bought the car in December been driving it since.

Well, don't think we would ever meet at Mid Ohio, but if we did I would put money on it that you wouldn't be able to hang with me, unless you've been doing it for 4 years and have aftermarket suspension..then the massive power and handling will balance out. You should do that, its a fucking ball.
