[Stockton]Here's a nice letter his mother will be getting in the mail next week sometime.

Dear Deborah Guerra,
I am writing you this letter in reference to your son, Gilbert Guerra, and the activities he has been partaking in with his White 2000 Mustang GT convertible, Texas license plate #965-YJY.

Gilbert and his friends have been involved in illegal street racing on open roads at extreme high rates of speed. Gilbert and his friends have hooked up and illegal N2O or “nitrous oxide” system to his 2000 Mustang GT to increase it’s power and make it faster for these street races.

He and his friends have made videos of them installing this N2O system on his Mustang and have also made videos of them racing at alarming rates of speed on public roads with other unknowing innocent bystanders around. This is what concerns me the first and foremost.

They are both the same video just hosted by different people.

In this video will you not only see him installing the N2O system into his car & illegally street racing but you will also see him do serious damage to the engine of his car which he laughs about with his friends. He seems to find it funny destroying a car which he brags to be given to him for free by his parents.

This 20 year old young man seems to have no respect for the lives and safety of people around him on open public roads but also seems to take for granted a powerful vehicle given to him as gift.
