I will be going out to Quaker this Friday. I was wondering if any of you n00bs were gonna come out. I know Bill and his dad are going. My friend dj might be stopping out with his talon idk for sure.

Weather channel says partly cloudy with a low of 51 degrees 59% humidity. Sounds like great weather for racing, and for me to break into the 11.50's.

that humidity number is not gonna hold up late at night, but the temp and pressure should be baller.

You can certainly tell he had some camber in the rear running those things...I'm going to try and use the pavement to make some 'adjustments'

toms car officially hates him....only 1 ok pass (12.7)the rest of them the car fell on its face, but on the up side i ran better than chickenfuckers best pass.. eat it.

I had two crummy passes tonight. 14.03@98 and 14.01@99. I ran that Camaro girl my second pass during time trials. She ran a 13.9@102 to my 14.01@99. I did beat her to the end of the track though, lol. I need to go back to Thompson to see if I can get closer to a 13.5. I know my car has the power to do it, I just need to get it there. I ran a best of 13.7@99 at Thompson.

I think the girl in the Camaro was on et radials. I was next to her in the lanes, and her rear tires had a lot less thread then regular street tires would have.

they were mickey thompson et street radials, dot approved radial tires. totally street legal. i wouldnt recommend them in the snow though lol.

Although admittedly I'd have liked to have shifted noahs car harder..but its not mine so im not breaking it. Also left it in 3rd instead of upshifting into 4th..curious if that might have helped but meh Can't wait for the vids! Definately a fun night.

ok yeah well you know what i ment. he was on the factory tires. and yes i said factory. the tires that came on it from the dealer. car only has 19,4xx mi. anyway no dr's their so.....yeah. and the 2.73's in the back aren't helping his case in the launch either. he beat a car that ran a high 12 from a roll so...... anyone got the balls that bill does and want to run him from a roll? im done nutswinging now..... vid of said high 12 sec. car vs andy. mach 1 had dr's hence his high 12 sec. pass.

D. If you want to run a 12 sec car from a roll, I'm game...Andy'll need to pick up @ 7+ mph and you'll need 10+mph just to stay even. Go try to pick up 10-12mph...really

E. You don't have to be a ricer to shift, and if you are going to put ricers on a pedestal for knowing how to drive, that's not placing your skillset very high

F. You 'should' get noah from a roll pending you can get it through the gears without too much a problem....but roll racing is still lame. 14.31 and I don't know his MPH but I bet it to be @ 95 as I went 93.xx taking it easy on it.

G. You are NOT going to get a factory car to run like that around here, esp at quaker. Our d/a is far too high. You see that shit on the eastern seaboard or lower altitude tracks on a REAL good day ie. Norwalk, but even that is only a few tenths. 13.0s - 12.9s if you can get the clutch to hold and you have a freak car...but going by my past experiences, its likely NOT to happen.

Wasn't the best run, but it's my best to date on the car as I've never had a good tire to try. Felt like it fell on it's face after 2nd....which I guess makes sense seeing how im off a good 10mph from where that car should be.

In all I was pretty happy with all things considered. Just wish I couldve got another run in where it didn't booger up. That pass was launching somewhere around 33-3500 (went by sound that time) at 20psi in the tires. I hooked it HARD from 4500 and 15psi the one run, but it stumbled halfway through the launch again....was at least hoping to make it to the 60' mark heh.

Yeah it was right at 7k going though them. Was almost 94mph. No limiter
