That's what I was getting at Dave. If we could meet up and then go there or something that would be cool. I'm pretty sure most of the members are going, right? I'm planning on heading over there with my friend. I've never actually gone.

Boardman is going to blow just like it has the last 2 years... the cops are in full force and want ZERO cars there.

I'll most likely head to downtown Salem one evening.

spent my days off slaving over the car for 7-8 hours a day... needless to say, converting an auto to manual and slamming a transmssion in a car to which it doesn't belong takes way too much effort :x

(not to mention summit is worthless. fuck that place, i'm never buying anything there again  ) Fucking 3 trips there in one week cause their sales staff cant even get me the right fucking clutch release lever for a transmission THEY sell.

Dispite all the problems, i got everything slammed in tonight. Getting my driveshaft modified tomorrow before work. May see me out on the road either tuesday after work, or weds for sure getting some milage on the new clutch

WTF!?! I already contacted them on having the wrong parts listed before!

Lemme guess, you ordered the clutch kit and got a fox length TOB release fork?

 Fuck scummit. You can't really get any of the high quality stuff there anyhow :nono:

i didn't even buy a clutch kit. i just ordered the fork for a t-56 trans (which they happen to sell) and they couldn't even get me the right one... after returning it and telling them the one they gave me didn't work, the guy said thats the one that works. He sat there and tried to argue with me that the fork he sold me was right, and thats what ford motorsports said to use for it... im like yo it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out this fork u gave me isn't gonna fit through the fucking hole in the belhousing, this isnt the right fork.

He just answered with: "then i have no idea which one u need" and told me to call ford motorsports lolol. That place is fuckin worthless. Ended up just buying one from lakewood that fits.

neway, heres a teaser ^_^

doing the pedals and running the cable wasn't bad at all, took like 2-3 hours for that stuff. All the fab work to make this trans sit in there right... now thats a different story

Just spent a few hours today with my dads friend fabbing up a crossmember for the trans. Sits in there nice and pretty now :D Tying up all the stuff for the motor tomorrow. Putting the radiator/fans back in and reconnecting everything etc etc... and the guy doing my driveshaft will be here early in the am to get the specs on everything. All is lookin good, should be on the road Thursday if everything goes right
