Be careful. Some your supposed to take on a empty stomach and some after u eat. Drink a lot of water throughout the day

A gallon PLUS of water a day. I drink around 1.5 gals. Keeps your metabolism kicking.

Says who? They are complements of each other, you use both for bench and dips. I'd like you to share your reasoning...

a guy a coach with is best friends with the head strength coach at ysu he gave me my workout and thats what he told me so i believe him.. your working your tris as your benching.. little bit i found in about a minute of searching
Because triceps assist heavily with both shoulder and chest exercises, I'd pair those together if I wanted one workout to effect the other. Most of the time you'll see the larger muscle group worked first so you can hit it while it's fresh while warming up the assisting muscle group. If you decide to weaken your triceps prior to working the larger groups they assist with to challenge them in a different way, be careful! Assisting muscle groups and stabilizers that are pre-exhausted can suddenly give out and send weights flying in directons that can cause injury when you least expect it. Don't expect to be able to lift as heavily when doing bench or shoulder press if you've pre-exhausted your tris.

Because they're opposing muscle groups, I'd do bis/shoulders or bis/chest if I wanted the first muscle group I worked to have little impact on the second part of my workout. Again, I would probably flip it around and work biceps second in both workouts since shoulders and chest both tend to take more energy than biceps. If you feel like your triceps are lagging, moving them away from the days you work chest and shoulders can enable you to give them a more intense workout, without having to worry about hurting your shoulder or chest workout.

not saying you should switch just giving some info

Interesting info I see what they are saying. It seems like they are suggesting a "push, pull" routine the day of. Chest comes first in chest/tri day, then I kick my tris ass with dips, and the rest. I like to have my supporting smaller muscles ready to assist my larger ones. I feel that 2 days off for my bi's wouldn't be enough for Thrus. back workout. My schedule sucks this semester for lifting.

Finally got my fat ass back in shape after a few years of constant drug and alcohol abuse.

For beginners, find a decent plan online and stick to it. Change it up every month or so. Cardio is good, but circuit training is where it's at if you need to lose weight.

Protein, glutamine powder for recovery and general multi vitamin until you start to get strong. NO-XPLODE is just caffeine that gets you pumped. None of the modern day Hydroxycut works worth a damn, you need the good old school ephedra for that. If you want to take "illegals" look at Clenbuterol, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Fat will melt. :) Make sure on Clen to dose up the potassium and taurine.

If you're a beginner, you will get gains for a while until you hit some plateaus. Changing up the workouts help to prevent that. Plateaus suck for sure.

DIET IS HUGE. You eat the same food whether you are losing weight, or bulking, just changing around calorie counts. Lots of oatmeal, egg whites, chicken, tuna, fish, and salad.

Some beginner cycles of anabolics are fine too. Even at super low doses (where side effects are nill) they can do wonders. Buddy who is 5'8", 160, and about 10% BF just did 12 weeks of Test E, 300mg a week, and put on a solid 20lbs. 20lbs onto his frame turned him into a BEAST. Plus for what you pay for the latest designer supplements, you can do something that will go against all genetics and put on size and muscle that matters. Back it up with proper PCT and you can hold onto those gains.
