Well, chapter 13 you gotta pay everything back. But you pay like .10 on a dollar when ya file. So I get to keep my shit, it's tough... can't really get a second job because I have shared parenting for my daughter. it was awesome me and wamer and pirko and another friend destroyed that thing. i paid like $600 for it, it was a piece drove it from maybe a month if that beat the shit out of it and then the fuel pump went in it so we got some axes and spray paint and went nuts on it
