only thing i see that is questionable is the amount of weight hanging off the end of that manifold like that. At least it's cast so it's got a lot more strenth than many other things but do you have any plans to brace it?

as of my im using this manifold. i did plan on bracing this. i was thinking about getting some flat stock and making i brace. i do have holes on the block from there the stock turbo brace was so i can bolt it there and then bolt it on the outside of the turbo to manifold studs and locktite the shit out of it.

With the amount of power he's looking to make, i'd expect his motor to move the same if not more than mine. The more flex sections & just overall ability to move that the downpipe has, the better off the whole exhaust system will fair.
