You sir are ill informed, except about my wheels, they are cheap. I didn't see the point of putting a huge amount of money into tires and wheels for a daily driven Hyundai.

how am i ill informed? my gf has a kia and its the biggest piece of shit ever. id compare that to a hyundai. i have rotas on my honda, never had a problem with them.

You are saying that Hyundais are crappy because of the stigma it had on it from when they did produce shit. You should read about how Hyundai has become extremely reliable and produces quality cars. Depends on how old the Kia is it could be a pile of shit. I know that people have had problems with Rotas jeez, can't I post a motivational poster for the lulz. I have no personal experience with Rotas so I will not give an actual opinion on them.

ive been rockin my rotas for 2 years and havent had a problem. no bends or anything. i know at least 10 people with them and havent heard a single complaint yet. so get your shit straight before you try to rip on them.

well do to the fact there are far too many local ricers rocking rotas i have now decided to get konig feathers in gold 15.2 lbs on 16x7 or 11.9lbs on 15x6.5

i have to side with wamer on this ive never heard bad on rota plus my mom drives an elantra 03 probably 70k miles on it and that piece needs shit more than my car

nothing at the moment but she just replaced alot this passed winter dont get me wrong the car is nice but hondas just seem to stay together longer

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. My opinion since having the Hyundai for 2 years is that it is on par with Honda but for a lot less.

When you really think about it though Hyundais pricing should be about the pricing for all cars. I don't see how other manufacturers justify selling their cars for so much.

Sorry Wamer but Hyundai is doing GREAT things with the Genesis Coupe, they also just developed a 32valve v8 that produces mid 400 hp n/a. They are starting out just like every car manufacture first did. Making VERY cheap entry level cars, then slowly stepping up their game. They are stepping up their game for sure. Not to mention their current "By a new car, loose your job we will give you your money back for it deal."

The whole stigma of Hyundai being a piece of crap and then becoming a reputable company sounds kind of like some other story I've heard......Honda maybe, perhaps Toyota as well......

how many of you have seen a hyundai with 300+ thousand miles on it and runs great?

how many of you have actually worked on a hyundai, if you have, you would realize that you need every tool in the box to get a job done, they change sizes on every bolt in the project just like GM does.

yea they might be steppin up their power output and their comfortability but if it's a pain in the ass to work on and doesn't last, i wouldn't put my money in one. I understand the warrenty's that are starting to come with these things and thats nice for someone that doesn't know jack about cars, because when it brakes, they just drop it off to get the work done and it's covered, but for someone like me that can't keep their hands off their vehicles and just wants to tinker.. i've had enough bloody knuckes and sore muscles over stupid shit that goes wrong while working on things.. i don't need headach's trying to figure out how they put it together too!

I also highly doubt that they balance and blue print every motor that they put together like honda does. Thats why honda's outlast other engines, nothing is out of balance, weather it's a lawn motor or a jet engine, they balance and blue print every engine that comes out of their facilitys. Some manufacturer's just balance the components and toss shit together, some run for ever, some don't, it's just luck as to which one you get, but when u buy honda.. u know that every motor was right out of the factory and that it's up to you to keep it that way with regular maintenance.

to each their own, drive what you like or what you can afford, everyone has their preferances or thier reasons.

i used to know people who had this old ass hyundai... it had like 250,000 miles on it or some shit and stilll ran fine... but they had to change alot of the suspension many times

No one is arguing that Honda is bad. I enjoy Hondas and have seen from personal experience people have nothing but good luck with them. My warranty has been up for a while but I never had to use it.

I used to feel the same way you all do about Hyundai until I actually owned a good one. I used to make fun of Hyundais and their reliability etc... My car is great to me and I know its power potential. My friend in Pittsburgh has a 2.0L Tiburon making over 400WHP on a completely stock engine. I know what I am doing and enjoy my car and doing all the work on it myself.
