I was sizing her up, looking for my best vantage point to lure her into my loving arms.

All tucked away for winter then?

Ha, yup, all cozy in Joe's garage waiting for me to come in and rip her apart again. Dropping the tranny, changing the TOB, and fixing the gas, coolant, and oil leak hahaha.

Ha, ya, i guess so. Only dripping a bit. I suspect rear main seal, mostly because the clutch was slipping like crazy a day before I parked her.

The rest of the list:

- fix sunroof
- new front and back bumpers
- wire in my damn alarm system ive had sitting around
- throw out bearing
- new oil filter housing w/ external oil cooler setup
- if $$$ permits, bigger turbo and or FMIC

Dood, that ebay special has held up awesome! DSM techies are swearing by them! I wasn't aware that a little oil on the disk can cause any permanent harm... please, inform me.

Even at the track with the stutterbox it wasn't slipping at all! I stand by that damn clutch, i don't care what you all say!

yes the clutch disk can absorb the oil making it prone more prone to slipping and not holding its full potential.

fwiw I will NOT run anything less than an ACT 2600 in an awd car.

The punishment that clutch took for as long as it took was utterly stunning to me. They do like to kill stock gearboxes though haha

$$$$$$$

bringing it out at like 6800, street tires, pumpgas... CONSISTANT 1.72 60's.....still gettin squirmy through 1st...

Seriously I'd fry all 4 for like 40ft easy on the street with it.

Clutches are too much of a pita to go cheap.
