You don't need to tune it. The wet kit adds the appropriate amount of air and fuel. You will be safe if you run it with the full throttle switch.

To be on the safe side, you probably are going to want to get tuned. Even with the zex kit, I have heard that you still need to be pulling about 2 degrees.

If you do decide to do a kit, make sure you buy all the needed accessories as well.

No tune needed. Comes with everything, taps into your intake, and has the WOT switch.

Summit has it:

http://store.summitracing.com/partdetai ... toview=sku

Might wanna call or head out there and see about the WOT switch. You're gonna want a purge and bottle opener too, so you're looking under a grand for the entire setup.

I would still run it on the dyno and see where you are. I would hate to guess with nitrous.

please dont call it fucking NOS or NAWZZZ....... Nitrous I'm scared of, it can do great things along with very bad things. If I EVER was to run it it would be with a tune. Otherwise no sir no way. For safety a bit lean air to fuel ratio is the way. Your going to hate filling that thing.

Lean it out for safety?! If anything i'd richen it up. In the event that the mix isn't perfect i'd rather not get knock...

Yah but turboing his would be a custom job. Kit's are like over 3 grand, and to hack one together would still be expensive. Not to mention he doesn't wanna completely rip apart his daily. Nitrous is the best bang for your buck if you do it safe.

how much is a new kit for ur car? and how much of a shot will u be running? like 75? lol.
I don't really see how 40-50whp is worth almost a thousand dollars?! (40-50whp that you need to refill on)

A 75 shot on a 100-something hp 4 cylinder light car will make a difference. And if he were to bolt on a turbo kit he would have to rebuild the engine anyway to see gains similar to that.

Keith is putting down close to 300fwhp with his turbo kit on his stock Spec V. The kits 3k something, but its ALWAYS there, there is no refilling......

40whp gain for 600-700 bucks + refills vs 150whp gain for 3,000 with no refills.... if u have the money, the best route speaks for itself imo!

Why are you saying 40? He could safely run a 75 on that thing. And for a daily, he doesn't want it all the time. $1000 vs. $3000 is triple the money.
