Well since I started my new job 7 weeks ago I've been eating about a cup of pistachios or more throughout the morning everyday... now I've slowly noticed my jeans getting tighter, not like squeezing or anything just not as loose as they were previously... I actually eat really healthy for the most part. So it seemed odd for me, also I work out occasionally as well... so I'm like WTF? Well I thought about any changes I made in my diet and it came down to these amazing nuts....
