hah heck yea!

unfortunatly i have to have my insurance agent come to my house every year to evaluate my car before he changes the storage over to full coverage for the season. I always get the speach about how if it's on the track they won't cover it so if i need to make a claim it needs to be on the street. I always just smile. He takes some notes and pictures and he's on his way until the following season. :)

once i throw the rest of my money into the motor and its serious, i'll probably end up telling the insurance company what i have... i can't take that big of a risk

come on man i said dont make me list em......fine

1. with a turbo you are at full boost longer. with a supercharger you only at full boost for the split second your at peek rpm's

2. superchargers are belt drivin. the belts can break and cause damage. you would need to replace the belt if it broke. becuase its belt drivin it will take away power and gas milage even at low rpms (just driving around). where a turbo wouldnt.

3. most of the time you get more horsepwoer per pound of boost out of a turbo because its moe efficant.

4. you can build a turbo so boost comes in right when you want it to for better traction and less stress on your drivtrain. with a supercharger your boost is directly running with your rpms.

5. when you shift you boost drops with your rpms in a supercharger and a turbo will still be pretty much spooled. once its back in gear your at full boost a split second later.

their are a bunch more reasons i dont rember right now.
