Appearently you don't because unless you notarize the bill of sale and it outlines some sort of payment plan, you are fucked just as well and it still has no way of being enforced. Once it's transfered to your name, to the state the deal is DONE. That is why the bank holds the title on a vehicle you are making payments on.

Exactly, I wouldn't sell anything of substantial value without making out my own paperwork and having it notarized. I also would never set up some payment plan that is just silly, but I would include it in my paperwork if ever need be.

1. no , i dont know who did it, i have my idea's but no hard evidince.
2. if i did know who did it, i would probally turn it over to the police to handle . mainly because i would be sueing the ever living shit out of the asshole to replace the car, put them behind bars, then when they finally got out get my revenge.
but on the slight chance they didnt get convicted, believe me you would know i got payback because i wouldn't stop with just torching a car....

as for finding the person, sooner or later someone will open there mouth. then i will find out what i want to know

as for that dsm guy, i dont even know who the fuck that is. isnt he from cleveland? only person i know in cleveland is my cunt x and if he's associated with her than he's no winner himself lol
